About Us

Our community is located on the northwest shores of Lake Tyler East, deep in the Piney Woods of East Texas and a convenient 15 minute commute to Tyler, Texas. The property owners association encompasses the Maegin Cove Subdivision (Wilson Road, Wilkinson Drive, and Perry Street) and the Rainbow Ridge Subdivision (Rainbow Ridge Circle and Rainbow Point).

The primary objectives of the association are to promote safety, maintain the community boat ramp, administer the building standards in an effort to protect and enhance our property values, and provide a common voice on the future development of Lake Tyler and Lake Tyler East. We have a total of 149 lots and 94 property owners – most of which are full-time residents, while others must limit the fun to the weekends.

Our Members represent a diverse range of age, experience, and interests, but we all share a common passion for the quiet enjoyment of our beautiful lakeside community.
