Privacy Fences of less than or equal to six foot height can be built, with notification. The fence should be aesthetically appealing and not classh with ther otherr fences in the neighborhood
Approved materials include:
Wooden or metal posts set in concrete
wood planks or wood panels
stone or brick on a concrete foundation
Concrete rails and posts
wood frame with stucco
plastic timber or vinyl plank
Other materials may be used if approved by the Building Standards Committee in writing.
NOTE: Galvanized chain-link fence of four foot or less height are approved.
